TYPICAL SCHEDULE
830am-9am: Registration
9am-915am: Attendance and Dynamic Warmup
915am-1045am: Workout Gauntlet (Finishing, Ballhandling, Shooting, Situational 1x1)
1045am-1115am: Team Offensive Concepts
1115am-1155am: Competitive FIBA 3x3
1155am-12pm: Cool Down / Core Blast

DAGS
Steve Dagostino is a former 2x All-American and European Pro that has trained players and teams on the East Coast for 10 years. Dags has trained 4 State Championship High School Teams, and thousands of High School, College, and Pro Players. He currently trains players in the NBA (Atlanta Hawks) and at the highest level of Division 1 (UNC, Villanova, Wake Forest, Washington, and more).
Dags created his 3x3 Development clinics 4 years ago and has successfully run them in Florida, Vermont, Long Island, Upstate New York, and is excited to get it going in Connecticut!
SHEA
Shea Bromirski is currently the Mens Assistant Basketball Coach at The College of Saint Rose (NCAA D2). Prior to that he was the Associate Head Coach at Southern Vermont College (NCAA D3). Shea has been training players for Dags Basketball the last 7 years. He brings the same intensity, competitive edge, and positivity to training that he did as a Player. As a player Shea was a 2x All-Conference star at St. Rose, finishing in the top 10 Nationally his Junior Year in 3 point FG %. Additionally, Shea won the 1st ever International Shooter Federation 3 Pt. Contest and took home a $7,000 Grand Prize!
