Our Spring Academy is a Development Program for players in 4th Grade to focus on improving their skill and game play.

What To Expect
This program is an alternative to AAU. We will have spearate groups for Boys and Girls in 4th Grade. Groups will meet 2 days per week and follow Coach Dags' Development Curriculum. THIS IS THE BEST WAY FOR PLAYERS TO IMPROVE. Blend Skill work, with Situational Small Sided Games, and controlled full court games to make sure everything is translating. Our Expert Coaches (Coach Rob and Coach Josh) will guide each session and build an environment for your child to improve! Stop wasting hours at tournaments and with teams that don't help you develop!
Each Group will have up to 16 players. This will allow us to get individualized attention, but also compete in small sided games and full court 4v4/5v5.
This program is for Players that have played on teams before and have a desire to improve their game.
This is a 6 Week Program in March and April. There are 12 total 1.25 hr sessions.
The total cost is $395
SAMPLE SCHEDULE
WEEK 1: COMPETING AND NEXT PLAY MINDSET
Day 1 -1 Hour + 15 Minutes (SKILL DAY): Individual Offense and Guarding 1v1
Day 2 -1 Hour + 15 Minutes (Small Sided Games + Full Court): Spacing the floor, Transition Offense + Defense
*Both Days at our Schenectady Location
Each week will have carefully crafted to make sure your player is focusing on areas of their game that will help them succeed in the future.
**Last 2 Weeks we will have full games with a ref at St. Pius in Loudonville
