Options for restarting our basketball workouts with the safety of players, parents, and coaches as the priority!

Priorities

Our priorities at Dags Basketball is to start our training sessions back up in accordance with State and Federal Guidelines.  We want to ensure the safety of our players, parents, and coaches.  OUR GOAL IS TO BUILD BACK UP TO OUR FULL SEMI-PRIVATE GROUPS AND OFFER PLAYERS SKILL TRAINING, 3x3, and 5x5 AL WITHIN OUR TRAINING SESSIONS. We will work in 2 week intervals and continue to assess and adjust from there.

PHASE 1 - Private Training

In Phase 1 we will only conduct Private Training Sessions.  These sessions are low in numbers so that we can ensure a safe distance is kept between players and coaches. 
 
  1. OPEN GROUPS
Individuals can sign up for private training sessions,  They will be broken down by grade. *4th-6th Grade, *7th-9th Grade, 10th-12th Grade.
  • LOCATIONS: Schenectady ( 411 Union), Troy (534 4th Ave), Saratoga (TBD-Possibly Outdoor Court)
  • # of Players: Schenectady (4 Players - $50/Player), Troy (4 Players - $50/Player)
  • Must sign up through website and pay in advance of workout
2. INDIVIDUAL OR CREATE OWN GROUP 
Individual sessions are available as well.  Players can also 'create their own group' with teammates and friends.  Put together 3 or 4 of your teammates and sign up for a workout.
  • LOCATIONS: Schenectady ( 411 Union), Troy (534 4th Ave), Saratoga (TBD-Possibly Outdoor Court)
  • COST: 1 Player: $100, 2 Players: $75/Player, 3 Players: $60/Player, 4 Players: $50/Player
  • Payments must be made in advance via Venmo, Paypal

SAFETY POLICIES

These guidelines will help our players and coaches be as safe as possible while we work!  These policies and guidelines are subject to change as we move along in this unique process.
  • Limited # of people allowed in facility.  Parents must drop off and pick up, no staying in gym
  • Sessions will be 1 hour in length with a 15 minute gap.  Players must leave gym 5 minutes after their session ends, new players can arrive 5 minutes before session begins.
  • Players will bring their own basketball
  • Players will bring their own water/drink
  • Each player will be designated their own basket
  • Players will grab their own rebounds to limit contact
  • No live 1 on 1 or contact drills
  • We will keep 6 feet of distance between players and coaches
  • Chairs for breaks will be spread apart throughout the gym
  • Hand Sanitizer and Soap to wash hands will be available
  • Avoid Hand Shakes and Physical Greetings
  • CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN IF PLAYERS ARE SICK, or EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS
  • If players have been in contact with someone with coronavirus or if someone in your household is in quarantine please do not sign up
