Dags Basketball 'COLLEGE-STYLE' Private Training Sessions are designed to increase each players SKILL LEVEL, BASKETBALL IQ, and COMPETITIVENESS.  Each session will have 1-6 players grouped by Age and Skill Level and be put through a focused workout tailored to their needs.  These sessions are a great way for players to get the individualized attention while learning to push themselves against the competition!

 

 

 

Slide1 copy copy copy copy copy copy copy copyDags Group Sessions are well known for advanced skill work.  Each session is run like a college off-season training session.  These sessions are great to mimic GAME SITUATIONS and work towards game success! With a low Player to Trainer ratio players are held accountable to work towards perfection.  Players can expect mental overload of concepts and lots of competitive work!

Steve Dagostino of Dags Basketball has trained over 40 Varsity HS and College Programs.  With his clients winning 4 State Championships, and numerous Sectional and League Titles.  Dags works closely with some of the top coaches in NY to determine what their programs need, whether it be skill work, game situations, Leadership, Competitiveness, or a combination.  Coaches trust that 'Dags' to reiterate their philosophy to the players and give them an efficient and effective workout!

Our Youth Camps and Clinics are a great way for young players to experience the Dags System.  With a focus on REPS, players will not only learn new skills in a fun and positive atmosphere, but they will be able to test those skills in Situational 1x1, 2x2, and 3x3.  As an added bonus we almost always have a Speed and Agility coach on hand to make sure your player is getting in PERFORMANCE work as well!  Check our Schedule of In-Season and Summer Camps on the events page!

Dags 3x3 Train and Play has become our most popular program in just 2 years.  With a focus on teaching players "The right way to play the game" we are able to teach leadership, accountability, and competitiveness while giving the kids maximum game REPS in our 3x3 game play.  Don't miss our on the best way for your player to progress mentally and physically!  We have run this program up and down the East Coast, and would love to host one in your area as well!
